Bruce Kessler - Chairman
Bruce has circumnavigated the world in his 70' Delta trawler Zopilote, he is a veteran Baja traveler. He made the film "Living the Dream: Small Boats Crossing a Big Ocean" for the Nordhavn Atlantic Rally in 2004. Bruce is the perfect person to run the first ever West Coast International Rally. Jo Swerling - Assistant Chairman

Donna Palmer-Wilson - Assistant to the Chairmen

Captain John E. Rains - Director of Navigation (Route Planning)
John has a USCG 3,000-ton Master's License, who will be coordinating with the Weather Routing Service and Fleet Leader to plan the daily route. John has skippered more than 100 powerboats along this route.
Captain Patricia Rains - Cultural Attache and Director of Port Information
Pat has a USCG 100-ton Master's License, who will be coordinating with the Mexican Tourism Officials. She is a veteran cruiser and has extensive experience with all of Mexico's ports. For more information go to the Update page and click on January 2007.
Jim Leishman - Escort Vessel Coordinator

Dr. Jerry Kornfeld - Fleet Surgeon

Delia Ross - Translator
